Lower risk of diabetes with coffee and tea?

I don’t know anyone who reads the Archives of Internal Medicine journal, but you may want to give the current December 2009 issue a look. According to a new analysis of previous studies done on coffee, decaf coffee and tea, people who drink these beverages seem to have a lower risk of developing type two diabetes.
