<p>One of the most popular espresso-based drink is the <strong>cappuccino</strong>.  Cappuccino is a shot of espresso, topped with equal parts of steamed milk and milk froth (milk foam).  Traditionally served traditionally in a porcelain cup, the foam acts as an insulator and keeps the drink hotter longer.<br />
