<p>In the northern hemisphere, it&#8217;s starting to get really cold out there.  With the holiday season upon us, how about trying some Christmas-themed coffee drinks?<br />

<p><strong>TECHNO MUDSLIDE</strong><br />
Place a shot of chocolate sauce in the bottom of a latte glass or mug.<br />
Fill with warm frothed milk.<br />
Slowly pour a shot of espresso on the frothed milk,  taking care not to disturb the chocolate sauce in the bottom.<br />
Complete like a cappuccino with more froth and some chocolate sprinkles.</p>

<p><strong>FRENCH APPLE LATTE<br />
</strong><br />
In a 16 oz cup add the following:<br />
- 2 shots espresso<br />
- 2 shots Torani Apple Flavored Syrup<br />
- 1 shot Torani Cinnamon Flavored Syrup<br />
- 2 shots White Silk Chocolate Syrup</p>
<p>Fill to 1/4 inch below brim with steaming milk<br />
Add froth<br />
Sprinkle with Nutmeg.</p>

<p><strong>CHRISTMAS COFFEE</strong></p>
<p>    *  1 pot of coffee (10-cup equivalent)<br />
    * 1/2 cup sugar (baker&#8217;s suger is best with it&#8217;s smaller quicker to dissolve granules)<br />
    * 1/3 cup water<br />
    * 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa<br />
    * 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon<br />
    * 1 pinch grated nutmeg<br />
    * whipping cream for topping</p>
<p>Prepare pot of coffee.</p>
<p>In a medium sauce pan, heat water to a low boil. Add sugar, cocoa, cinnamon and nutmeg. Bring back to a low boil for about a minute &#8211; stirring occasionally.</p>
<p>Combine coffee and holiday mixture and serve topped with whipped cream.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients for Caramel Iced Coffee</strong><br />
3 cups of crushed ice or ice cubes.<br />

<p><strong>Ingredients for Carribbean Coffee</strong><br />
      1 coconut<br />
      2 cups milk<br />
      4 cups strong coffee<br />
      1 tablespoon sugar</p>
<p><strong>Instructions for Carribbean Coffee</strong><br />
   1.  Punch two holes in to coconut, pour liquid into saucepan<br />
   2. Bake coconut for 30 minutes at 300 F degrees<br />
   3. Break open coconut, remove coconut flesh, and grate.<br />
   4. Mix coconut flesh, coconut liquid, and milk in a sauce pan<br />
   5. Heat over low heat until creamy.<br />
   6. Strain<br />
   7. Toast grated coconut under broiler<br />
   8. Mix milk mixture, coffee, and sugar<br />
   9. Pour into mugs, garnish with toasted coconut.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients for Gingerbread coffee</strong></p>
<p>    * 2 fluid ounces espresso coffee<br />
    * 2 tablespoons gingerbread flavored syrup<br />
    * 1/2 cup milk, steamed<br />
    * 1/8 cup whipped cream<br />
    * 1 pinch ground nutmeg<br />
    * 1 pinch ground cinnamon<br />
    * 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder</p>
<p><strong>Instructions for Gingerbread coffee</strong></p>
<p>In a coffee mug, combine espresso coffee with flavored syrup.<br />
Pour in steamed milk.<br />
Top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla powder.</p>

    * 3 tbsp sugar<br />
    * 1/4 tsp cinnamon<br />

<p><strong>Instructions for Arabian Coffee</strong></p>
<p>Heat all ingredients in a saucepan until foam starts to form on top.<br />
Serve immediately.<br />
If you want to serve it the &#8220;traditional&#8221; way, don&#8217;t pour coffee through a filter.</p>

<p>    * 2 tbsp instant coffee<br />
    * 2 tbsp brown sugar<br />
    * 1 tbsp vanilla extract<br />
    * 1 tsp water<br />
    * 1 1/2 cup boiling water</p>
<p><strong>Instructions for Alpine Coffee<br />
</strong></p>
<p>Split coffee and vanilla between 2 mugs.<br />
Dissolve the sugar in 1 tsp water, and heat in a saucepan to boiling.<br />
Mix in the larger portion of hot water, then pour into the two mugs.<br />
Stir well and serve.</p>
