In Malaysia, coffee is enjoyed in many ways – black, white, frothy (“tarik”). A typical afternoon snack is a cup of good local coffee accompanied by roti bakar – thick slices of toast, slathered with butter and home-made kaya (coconut jam). The coffee is usually taken black, with sugar.

This is a brand new site on a favourite topic of mine : coffee. This drink has spread all over the world and can now be found in any number of variations. I hope to be able to share news, reviews, recipes, photos, preparation tools, tips, and more.
