Bikini Baristas at Knotty Bodies Espresso

Baristas in bikinis? Knotty Bodies Espresso opened up in Bellevue’s Crossroads neighborhood and immediately caused an uproar in the community. Residents are upset that the Knotty Bodies sign and bikini-clad baristas are close to a kids’ water park and community center for teens.

Actually, it’s probably a great idea, but certainly not the right location. The owner should have done his market research better and placed his espresso stand in a place with more open-minded and “friendly” residents.

After all, having baristas in bikinis is nothing new, especially for the Seattle region.
