Yes, Australasia is a mouthful, but it typically means Australia plus a few Asian countries. Grand Barista Championship Australasia finals were held on 15th August 2009. Participating countries were Australia (of course), Hong Kong, Korea and Thailand.

How can you sort through the jumble of place names and whimsical labels on beans and blends? Is a dark roast better, more sophisticated, than a light roast? Is it essential to grind coffee beans at home?”
