We’ve come a long way, baby. Hong Kong held its own Grand Barista Championship Final on July 18th. 6 coffee connoisseurs competed for the title of Hong Kong Grand Barista Champion. Their task was to create 12 cups of black espresso, milk coffee and identical latte art in 12 minutes for the panel of judges.

The winner for the 2009 Hong Kong Grand Barista Championship is Tracy Kwok Tsui Sim.
