There’s nothing like freshly roasted coffee — the fresher, the better. MAKE Magazine’s John Park shares his setup and method for coffee roasting in his back yard. He uses a hand-cranked stove top popcorn popper. You need to start with a decent source of green coffee and a passion for experimentation.
