cappuccino

One of the most popular espresso-based drink is the cappuccino. Cappuccino is a shot of espresso, topped with equal parts of steamed milk and milk froth (milk foam). Traditionally served traditionally in a porcelain cup, the foam acts as an insulator and keeps the drink hotter longer.

A wet cappuccino has more milk than normal, while a dry cappuccino has less.
